Terms of Service.

These terms cover the Fair Drop website, accounts, tests and software service provided by BODE GAME STUDIOS LLC. Questions? Contact shopfairdrop@gmail.com.

1. Your account

By checking the agreement box when creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. Give accurate information, protect your login and API keys, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

You may start with email and password or, when available, Google sign-in. A new Google sign-in creates an account. You can explore the dashboard and tests before verifying your email; billing and live store access require verification and any applicable approval.

2. What Fair Drop does

Fair Drop helps retailers check for suspicious activity and repeat purchases before checkout. Your store makes the final purchase decision. Fair Drop does not sell your products, hold stock or process your shoppers’ payments.

Tests use simulated shoppers. They do not prove real-world detection rates. Checks can miss bots or flag real customers, and do not replace your store’s security, traffic protection or customer review process.

3. Access and billing

Creating an account or running a simulation does not start a paid subscription. Paid plans are not open yet. Before activation, we will show the price, included checks, any extra-usage rate, renewal terms and supported integration.

A selected paid monthly plan renews until canceled. We do not automatically move you to a higher plan. Any extra usage must follow the limits and billing terms you agreed to. See our Billing, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, including cancellation at the end of the paid month and the seven-day first-subscription-fee refund window. Enterprise terms require a separate agreement.

4. Your store’s responsibilities

Use only data you may lawfully collect and share. Explain the checks to your shoppers, keep private keys on your server, enforce results before payment and offer a way to review mistakes. You are responsible for inventory, orders, refunds, customer service and your purchase rules.

Do not send live shopper data until your integration is approved and the required service and data-processing terms are in place. Send only necessary, supported fields. Never send raw card numbers, security codes, passwords or bank account details.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, bypass limits, access another account, submit unlawful data, resell access without permission or use Fair Drop to harm others. Simulations are for testing your setup, not attacking other websites. We may limit or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect users or meet legal requirements.

6. Your information and our software

You keep ownership of data you submit and authorize us to process it to provide, support and secure Fair Drop. Our Privacy Notice explains account and website data. Separate retailer data-processing terms apply to approved live integrations. Fair Drop’s software and branding remain ours or our licensors’.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service useful and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular detection rate, zero false alarms or protection against every attack. Do not rely on it as your only protection. No paid service-level commitment applies unless agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, free tests and pre-release features are provided as available. These terms do not exclude liability or remove consumer rights where the law does not allow that.

8. Leaving or changing the service

You can request account closure by contacting shopfairdrop@gmail.com. Cancel any paid renewal as described in the billing policy. We may retain records needed for security, billing disputes or legal obligations as explained in the Privacy Notice.

We will publish changes with a new version date and provide notice of material changes before they apply where required. We will ask for renewed agreement when needed. Changes do not authorize a new paid plan or retroactive fees.
